Lucas Garza, Jr., Project Manager & Estimator in Northern Colorado
From top to bottom, our employees know masonry. For proof of this look no further than our Project Manager/Estimator, Lucas Garza, Jr. He accompanied his father on masonry projects from a tender age. He proceeded to work as a laborer and then advanced as an apprentice in all masonry applications, working during his summer breaks from the age of 13 on. He then advanced to crew foreman at the age of 18, and presently has over 20 years experience in the masonry field. When working with customers it’s easy to see he’s speaking from a depth of experience and understands all the intricacies of a masonry building project. He can’t imagine working in any other field and feels great satisfaction at seeing our projects progress from blueprints to a finished masterpiece. As he states, “My goal is to use my expertise in masonry to help you, our customer, build your dream.” Lucas strives to always maintain Garza and Sons commitment to superior quality and service, and to build a relationship with our customers that will last a lifetime.
Amaro Garza, Project Manager & Estimator in Denver-Metro Area
Amaro has been in the Masonry business for over 20 years. He started from the ground up and knows the trade well. He also worked as an Operations Manager for OEA, Inc managing over 300 employees. Amaro works hard to make sure the project runs in a smooth and efficient manner. He also makes sure the crew is happy and sees to it that a superior product is delivered to our clients.
Daniel Garza, Field Supervisor, Masonry Art & Design Specialist
Daniel has been with Garza & Sons Masonry for 20 years. He is the Field Supervisor & Masonry Art & Design Specialist. Daniel will meet & exceed your expectations when it comes to custom Masonry work. He also owns his own business “Therapeutic Massage & Natural Medicine where he thoroughly enjoys helping his patients attain optimal health. He is definitely a people person. He is a great asset to the company. He continually creates new ways to improve quality, craftsmanship & production in an efficient manner in the masonry trade.
Demetrio Garza, Field Supervisor
Demetrio has been involved in the masonry trade most of his life. As a teenager, he enjoyed working summers with his dad and began working full-time as a bricklayer when he graduated. He has a great deal of experience in all aspects of masonry and has a reputation within the company of providing high quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction. Custom work has become one of his specialties.
From 2003 to 2006 he lived in New Mexico and ran his own business. He met the strict qualifications of the State of New Mexico to be licensed in the masonry trade and is greatly missed by his customers there. Now that he is back with the family business, he works as field supervisor. He takes pride in teaching his crew respect for the customers' property and in teaching them to take pride in their own work.
His 18 years as a mason have given him the ability to confidently tackle any project connected with masonry. In this time he has had the opportunity to work on structural projects in New York City, rebuilding in New Orleans and various other projects across Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming. He will happily work with his customers, sharing his knowledge and expertise in the trade, to provide them with quality work that will last a lifetime.

Adilia is in charge of accounts payable and receivable, payroll & many other office operations. She’s worked for the Chamber of Commerce and brings her professionalism to us. She’s happy to be a part of a company that delivers honest high quality work from start to finish.
